Feds and Local Police Return Indictments Against Temple Gang
Federal authorities including the ATF, U.S. Marshals, and others, along with the Temple Police Department, have returned indictments against 13 alleged gang members in Temple after a series of murders and robberies related to narcotics.
According to our partners at News 10, police allege that the gang known as "KWA" or "Killas With Aggression", operated primarily on the east side of Temple, and police believe they are responsible for murders that happened in Hearne, Belton and Temple over the last 5 years, along with a host of other crimes including racketeering, home invasion, drug trafficking, and violating the Hobbs Act.
The indictments were unsealed on Wednesday and police have named already arrested 12 of the 13 alleged gang members. Police are still looking for 25-year-old Dominic Johnson who is considered a fugitive at this time.
