You may not know who Kali Uchis is but you've definitely heard of her because she's the young lady singing opposite Daniel Caesar on his soulful hit "Get You".

Her duet with Caesar earned her a Grammy nomination this year for Best R&B Performance and she was previously nominated for Record Of The Year at the Latin Grammys for another duet with Latin artist Juanes. According to Noisey, she's been cosigned by hip hop legend Snoop Dogg and has been hailed as "the most exciting voice to come out of Virginia since Missy Elliott". That's major props!

She's prepping for her debut solo album to drop in the spring with a tour and this new video featuring funk legend Bootsy Collins and rapper Tyler The Creator called "After The Storm" check it our and keep your eyes open for her!
