Meet Earl Waller And What He Stands For

When I spoke with Earl Waller, a well-known TikTok food influencer and the event's organizer, he explained that the event is about more than just great food. Its purpose is to showcase the passion, creativity, and dedication of Central Texas's small business food vendors and entrepreneurs. Waller, who has long been an advocate for supporting local businesses, said small businesses hold a special place in his heart. That passion inspired him to create an event that highlights the incredible culinary talent found throughout the region.

What Can Guests Expect From This Event?

Guests can expect an evening filled with outstanding food, community engagement, and local entrepreneurship, all under one roof. Participating vendors will have the opportunity to showcase their skills while attendees sample a variety of dishes and help determine the night's champion. Tickets are available now and include three appetizer tastings, three entrée tastings, and three dessert tastings.
