Cavenders Boot Sign Catches on Fire
You remember that one time when you tried to bake something in high humidity and it was an epic fail? Yea, these guys who put up signs for a living now know that you shouldn't use a blowtorch when it's over 110 degrees outside.
KXAN in Austin is reporting that a sign company was in the process of replacing Cavenders Boot City sign on South Lamar Boulevard when the sign caught on fire.
It seems they were using a blow torch to melt a part of the sign when it burst into flames.
So here's a tip for you. When the temp is over 110 degrees, leave the blowtorch in the truck. Just grab a magnifying glass.
