Bloomin Temple Festival Will Change Downtown Façade

If you live, or work, in Temple, then odds are you know what downtown looks like.  This weekend, it's about to change.

The 8th Annual Bloomin Temple Festival will showcase many things, from Arts & Crafts, Music, Entertainment, and of course, a Carnival.  It's a family friendly good time for one and all, but what I enjoy most...the way the city changes.  Here's a shot looking in all directions 3 days before the event.  Notice the carnival is going up already.
