BEWARE: Serial Rapist With HIV In Texas And Police Believe There’s Plenty Of Victims

According to KDFW, Carlton Tamboage is a 25-year-old Texas man who allegedly assaulted an individual who had to receive treatment at the Carlton Hospital on February 11. The report of the possible sexual assault took place in Carrollton Texas,  once Carlton Tobago was arrested for the alleged crime, it was determined that the individual was suffering from HIV.

The reasoning for the actual investigation navigated the police to identify at least five more sexual victims. Law enforcement believes that Carlton Tambage could have more victims throughout the DFW Metroplex, Atlanta, Georgia, and also in Houston, but they have not come forward.
