Texas moms should be alert regarding a highly popular baby brand that has issued a recall due to choking hazards, as reported by the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
WE MUST PROTECT OUR TEXAS BABIES FROM THIS RECALL PRODUCT
Approximately 85,100 silicone baby spoons produced by the well-known brand Melli Baby have been recalled after reports indicated that the spoons could break during use, posing a choking risk to children. Despite their seemingly harmless design featuring dinosaur, dog, shark, cat, colors, and unicorn shapes at the end of the handles, the spoons are typically sold in sets of three or four. To identify the recalled items, check for a specific code printed on the back of the spoons.

These products were available at retailers like Aldi, buybuybaby.com, Amazon, and Ross from April to August. If you have the recalled spoons, it is advised to stop using them immediately and contact Melli Baby for a free replacement. Customers are also encouraged to take photos of the recalled spoons before disposing of them and to email the images to the company.
