Walmart advises that it's wise to gather everything you need for the holidays as early as possible, especially since over 50 Walmart locations are closing across Texas. While Walmart is often celebrated as a convenient shopping destination, it has also operated health centers across the United States for over four years, offering affordable medical care to patients. Unfortunately, 51 of these clinics, including several in Texas, are set to close. In a statement, Walmart explained, "We have determined that there is no viable business model to continue the operations of these clinics."

They acknowledged that such changes impact many lives, especially those of patients receiving care, the staff, and the communities supporting these initiatives. The closure of these health centers will significantly affect numerous Texans statewide.
