BE ALERT :Here’s Why Texans Should Be Worried The Solar Eclipse
If you’re ready for it or not, Texas, the eclipse is on its way, and in my opinion, you should be a little worried about that. I can admit when I first heard about the solar eclipse I had become excited about it happening. Just like everyone else I bought the glasses, and scheduled certain errands and events around the set date for the eclipse, but now, as it gets closer to the actual date I find myself anxious, and then I begin to get a little annoyed.
SHOULD WE BE NERVOUS OF SOLAR ECLISPE?
Now I’m just flat-out nervous I know you’re probably thinking to yourself it’s just a solar eclipse what’s the big deal? Millions of people will be invading the great state of Texas. Now I know using words like invading comes off a little dramatic, but the reality of it is, that’s what you’re looking forward to. Hotels are booked up, RVs are gassed up, and visitors are coming with no place to stay, sounds like an invasion to me!
TEXAS NEEDS TO PREPARE FOR THE WORST
Even though there are some spots where you can pay to have a good view of the solar eclipse, some individuals have made it very clear they do not intend to pay they’re going to squat wherever they can. I don’t know about you, but this sounds like a recipe for chaos and disaster and if I’m being honest, it gives me a little bit of anxiety. The eclipse will not last very long, but that doesn’t mean the visitors won’t stay. If you haven’t properly prepared by stocking up your house with water, filling your car up with gas, and making sure your pets have plenty of food, I suggest you do that now Texas. Something tells me that if you don’t properly prepare it could affect you in the long run.
