6 Year Old Girl Abandoned Outside Temple Police Station

Temple Police are investigating a Child Protective Service Case.

Around 3:50 p.m. Thursday, an employee of the Temple Police spotted a 6- year old girl standing alone outside the building at 209 East Avenue A.

According to KWTX, an initial investigation revealed that the child was dropped off at the police department by her mother.

The child is currently in the care of Child Protective Service.
