Today, August 24, the Harker Heights Police Department sent out a press release, referring to a kidnapping investigation update. It was August 22 at 4 AM when the Harker Heights police received a complaint from Jennyfer Cabrera, stating that her roommate had sent her a very disturbing text message stating she had been kidnapped and thought she could possibly lose her life.

After the detective and friends of the family worked together to find the individual, it was determined that she was more than likely held in a motel in Round Rock, Texas. Matthew Dillard and Philip Kwon were arrested for aggravated kidnapping and bodily injury by Justice of the Peace Cliff Coleman. As of right now, Philip Kwon's bill is at $1 million and  Matthew's Dillard bill is set at $200,000 and both are in custody at the Bell County jail. The Harker Heights Police Department says that the investigation has continued by the police department's criminal investigation, division. There’s no additional information on this particular case as of right now.
