Two women in Central Texas have been arrested and charged for the murder of 24-year-old Shareef Raekwon Ali-Barnett.

According to a press release from the Killeen Police Department,  Jessica Helen Hampton, 18 and Breez Breann Collier, 24, were arrested and charged with murder on Sunday, June 21.

Officers were dispatched on June 14 to the intersection of Florence Road and Evergreen Drive, where they found Ali-Barnett with a gun shot wound. Authorities say that Hampton and Collier planned and worked together to rob Ali-Barnett.

Unfortunately, Ali-Barnett succumbed to his wounds and died on the scene.

Witness statements, forensic evidence, and video surveillance helped lead authorities to Hampton and Collier.

Both women are currently incarcerated in the Bell County Jail, and Justice of the Peace Garland Potvin, has set their bail at 1 million dollars.
