HOOAH! Miss USA has been crowned for 2016 and its Army Reserve Officer and IT analyst Deshauna Barber. Representing The District of Columbia (and yes, that is in America), the 26 year old daughter of a retired master sergeant, hopes to use her platform to focus on veterans issues according to the pageant website.
