In the past Heisman voters have been reluctant to  name a freshmen the winner of the award, but times could  be changing. Oklahoma head coach Bob Stoops says " A player is a player,it shouldn't matter what age he is" So will Johnny Football win this years  Heisman only  time will tell and we will all find out the evening of December 8th win the award in handed out in New York City.
