Why Do Women Lie?

My co-worker Monica Reid has written a story asking why do men lie(read it at mykiss1031.com) and i'm not going to say men don't lie to women,but i do know first hand that women lie to men also, so if it's fair for Monica to ask  the men why they fib, it's only fair to ask the same question to the ladies. So let me hear from you ladies why do u lie?
