Voter Registration and Voting…

Today is the last day to register to vote in the November General Election.  Are you registered?  If not, why not?  There used to be a time when people would say they didn't have enough information.  Today, the maximum effective range for ignorance as an excuse is zero.  For months, groups such as the NAACP,  Lulac, Fraternities, and Sororities, and a host of others, have been on the front line registering people to vote and giving out information.  We have  taken an active role here at KISS FM, to insure that our listeners are informed and encouraged to register to vote.  AND, the internet and media are flooded with information.  Voting is your right and your voice, and it bewilders me why so many people refuse to register, and more  importantly why people will not vote.  In fact, during several of those drives, people actually had an attitude when asked if they were registered to vote.   I am interested in hearing your views, welcome your comments on the pros and cons of voter registration/voting, and would love to share them with our listening audience.  So please chyme in.
