A candlelight vigil for Deandre Thomas will be held tonight (August 21st) at Club Tabu in Killeen.

According to KWTX News 10, the vigil will run from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the club located at 701 West Elms Road, nearly a block away from where Thomas was found shot on Saturday morning outside Obok Restaurant & Club on Fort Hood Street.

Deandre was well known throughout the community for having worked security at several nightclubs including Wall Street where he worked for Jimmy Haskins for 13 years. The news continues to be a shock to the Killeen community.

Police have arrested and charged Reginald Ferlandus Jackson, 45, with murder and he is currently in the Bell County Jail in lieu of $500,000 bond.
