Actor and comedian Kevin Hart appeared on "Saturday Night Live" this weekend and one of the hilarious skits he appeared in this weekend tackled "gentrification".

"Gentrification" is a very controversial topic in many inner city areas like New York as more wealthier businesses move into poor neighborhoods. Many think this is a good thing, but others believe its destroying these low income communities.
