Tyrese is currently on a spiritual trip through South Africa, but in-between his travels, he decided to address his highly publicized meltdown on social media.

On Tuesday (Nov. 28), the singer-actor shared a message on his Instagram account apologizing to his followers and explaining his bizarre meltdown last month. Tyrese reiterated that it was the drug called Rexulti that made him loopy and he had a very difficult time recovering from it.

Tyrese also said that Will and Jada Pinkett-Smith did not give him $5 million to pay for his legal bills and to stay off social media. In fact, the “Sweet Lady” singer revealed that he gave $108,000 to his attorney and another $20,000 to Shayla’s lawyer in his child custody battle.

He also revealed that his wife, Samatha Lee Gibson, is not pregnant and that his baby announcement was the result of him being on the psych meds.

Elsewhere in the missive, Tyrese made it clear that no one is paying for his trip through South Africa. "I’m traveling cause I can afford to, and I’m not out here hosting parties (cause you haven’t seen me post about any lol ). I’m out here handling business long awaited Business! #VoltronBusiness After being 100% exonerated my name is cleared of 10 years of lies and allegations that I’m very happy to move away from," he wrote.

"I apologize again for what happened privately and publicly I know the jokes have been flying and will continue to fly and I’m ok with it I’m a big boy with Thick skin," he continued. "NO one I repeat NO one has flown me around, I’ve arranged and made these moves myself. That “Fast” bag would of been nice of course but that’s life right?"

Again I apologize to those of you that I’ve let down from the “way” this all looks but we live and learn and I’ve learned a LOT," he added. "For my so called loved ones who went out of their to step on me while I was Down. I know exactly who you are... and I seen everything- I love You Too. This is my last post about the past. Let’s move on shall we?"
