American's Next Top Model has been on for 23 seasons. And while it's definitely evolved over the years, Tyra Banks has decided to change it up once again.

“There have been 23 cycles of America’s Next Top Model, and every single cycle we say you have to be 27 years old or younger,” she said in a video posted on Twitter on Saturday (April 1). “You know what I hear all the time? ‘Tyra, come on! Why have an age limit?’ So, you know what? I’m taking that age limit off. You want to audition for America’s Next Top Model? I don’t care how old you are, honey.”

Taking out the age limit definitely opens the doors to many people who feel they can still rock the runway. The 24th cycle of America's Next Top Model starts shooting this summer. Check out the video above to find out how to apply.

And no, this isn't an April Fools' Day joke.
