After being cleared of any wrongdoing by the L.A. County District Attorney's Office, Too Short is now filing a lawsuit against the woman that accused him of rape.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Short's lawsuit is based on a May 2017 interview his accuser, Teana Louis did with BET. In the interview Louis said, "It's extremely devastating when you're a young woman and you have to accept that your first sexual encounter was rape by a cruel old man that is nearly 60 years old." Short also claims that Louis spread the rumors on social media.

Short was accused of sexually assaulting Louis several times in 2016, in the paperwork obtained by TMZ, Short denies a sexual relationship with Louis, but admitted that they "cuddled" a few times. He claimed that the allegations didn't come about until after her rap career failed to launch, he was her mentor.

In the suit, Short states that the claims have cost him dearly. Short says "valuable "business deals have been canned due to the accusations.

The amount that he's suing for isn't public at this time.
