Does Toni Braxton Need a Biopic, Already?

Last week it was announced that Tamar's sister Toni Braxton (haha remember when it was the other way around?) will produce and star in the movie of her life entitled 'Unbreak My Heart'.

Let's hope this movie does better than all the other Lifetime movies, that have been ummm.......based on social media response.....yeaaaaauuuhhhh......

Remember The Aaliyah biopic? In my opinion- yeaaauuuuhhhhh.....

The Fantasia biopic....ummm yeaaauuuhhhh...

And most recently the Whitney Houston biopic (again in my opinion).....whew.........

I do applaud Lifetime for thinking "out of the box" and spearheading the biopic movement!

Toni had a great run in the 1990s. She teamed up with L.A. and BabyFace sold millions of albums, won six Grammy awards, and gained numerous accolades before her world changed. The past 15 years she has endured happiness and pain.

She has been diagnosed with Lupus, filed for bankruptcy, divorced, and learned her son was Autistic. She has also competed on Dancing With The Stars, starred in a reality show with her family and has won another Grammy, earlier this year.

Truly a great story, but c'mon...when you do a biopic and you aren't even 50, don't you think that's too early?
