Tisha Campbell-Martin is trying her hand at rapping -- and it knocks.

The actress and singer must have heard Chance the Rapper’s verse on Kanye West’s “Ultralight Beam” when he gave her famed Martin character, Gina Waters, a shoutout. “Treat the demons just like Pam / I mean I f--- with your friends, but damn, Gina,” he raps.

But Campbell is making sure that listeners know that she is not Gina.

“This ain’t Gina, bitch,” she raps over the B. Slade-produced beat. “Now I am what I am and she is what she is and she is my fetus do you know who we is?” she continues later on. Tasha Mack also makes a cameo as Campbell-Martin continues to look flawless. After the video posted, Mack shared a cute message to her BFF.

"I love you so much and I'm so proud of the artist you are," it read. "When I first met you at 15 years old you were singing and I'm so happy that you are going back to your first love. What's great about being an artist is that you can do YOU!"

It's unclear just how serious Campbell-Martin is -- but one thing is for sure, it looks like a fun studio session as everyone dances and raps along.

Last year the actress wowed us with her song “Steel Here.” The powerful accompanying video represented Campbell-Martin freeing herself from the pain and hate caused by her rapist who sexually molested her at three years old.

However, her latest track is definitely taking on a lighter tone. What do you think of the song? Can she rap or what? Let us know in the comments! Also, check out Tasha Mack's touching message below.
