Tis’ The Season
Yep, Tis' the season to be jolly and add a few pounds to your wasteline! Cakes, wine, cookies, wine, chips n' dip, wine, and more wine, and before you know it, you're making that New Years' resolution to lose weight come the first of the year. If you want to hold on to your current physique, it's gonna take some planning and discipline, but you can do it. Try eating smaller portions of food at least five times a day, and cut back on the libations a bit. Do some physical activity for about 30 minutes a day, and drink plenty of water. This should help you to maintain your weight and you might even lose a pound or two. This advice is so good, I think I'm gonna start tomorrow, but for now, a glass of wine and chips/dip is waiting!
