Throwback Thursday: Bloomin Fest Fun!

Spring in Central Texas is filled with a lot of awesome things to do as we begin to emerge out of the cold darkness that was winter and step into the sunshine. One of the big events of the season is Bloomin Fest in downtown Temple! I missed most of last year's fun because I was working the boards for Kiss, but I found some Instagram photos from a few years back that highlights some of the fun we had (and some of the fun we're going to have this year!).

The BIG highlight of Bloomin Temple is definitely the carnival rides! I'm getting a little up in age so I don't know if my equilibrium can handle the rides this year but I'm going to try to give it a shot! If you see me walking around the festival dizzy and not feeling well just bring me some water and a corndog and I'll probably be okay.

Another cool thing at Bloomin Fest is the car show. Lots of great classic cars and if your kids are into classics like my youngest son Keoni, then your kids are going to LOVE the car show, did I mention the petting zoo as well? Like I said your kids are going to LOVE IT!

There's so much more including live music, food, vendors.....its going to be a great weekend in downtown Temple so come join us! Tickets are available NOW at CEFCO stores and here!
