The Best Damn Thing I Ate In Central Texas: Just Cooking BBQ & More

While I was out and about taking care of our folks for Free Lunch Friday, I had to stop and get myself some good food as well and I've been seeing a lot of activity on Facebook about "Just Cooking BBQ & More" in the location of the legendary Maurice's BBQ in Harker Heights.

So I stopped in and tried one of their amazing "Buckle Buster" Sandwiches which is brisket and sausage covered in sauce. Man I ENGULFED this sandwich so fast, by the time JR, one of the chefs, came to check on me, the only thing left was the foil they wrapped it in!

Also, our intern Nhayah tried their chicken and waffles (she only wanted ONE piece of chicken...SMH) and she fell in love with it as well! Go check out JR and the fellas in Harker Heights if you're in the mood for some good BBQ!
