The Almighty Chacho’s Taco Challenge

O.K, we're over a week into the new year, so that diet resolution should be out of your system by now. Here's a food challenge for you.

If you're planning on going to the Aquarium in Corpus anytime soon, then you might want to think about challenging the Almighty.

The Almighty Taco is a 14 inch tortilla, that comes with carne guisada, beans, potato, eggs, bacon, and cheese.

Chacho Taco's owner Mary Gutierrez says. “We chose ‘the Almighty’ because we wanted a version that was different from every other taco in Texas.”

It comes in at 3.5 pounds, and you have 10 minutes to eat it all. If you're successful you'll win a T-Shirt, be entered into their Eating Hall of Fame, and you'll get your $10 bucks back for the taco.

At last count the number of Chow Kings was 27.

I've looked at a lot of eating challenges. This is one I believe I might have a chance at. I usually get 5 items at the Bell when I go. I just might weigh them the next time to see if it's close to 3.5 pounds.
