Temple Police Searching for Person of Interest in in Homicide Case

UPDATE: KWTX reports that the man in question has been taken into custody. Police have not revealed details about his alleged involvement in the death of a man on East Young Avenue Wedensday.

Temple police are searching for a man believed to be armed and dangerous.

The driver of a silver 2014 Volkswagen Jetta with Texas license plate DXD8096 may be connected to a suspected homicide. According to our news partner, KWTX, the man was described as a heavyset white man with blue eyes and brown hair.

Investigators say the man may have something to do with the death of a man whose body was discovered by his wife in the 2200 block of East Young Avenue around 6 PM Wednesday.
