Temple Police Investigating Aggravated Robbery

Police in Temple are searching for a man who robbed a convenience store at gunpoint Monday night.

Officers responded to a panic alarm at the Shell gas station located near Temple College at 2512 S. 5th St. around 9:13 PM. Witnesses said a man with a gun entered the store and demanded cash. He took an undisclosed amount of money and fled south on foot.

No injuries were reported.

The suspect is described as a black male approximately 6’3” tall last seen wearing a dark hoodie, dark hat, and mask.
