Teacher Turned Congressman ‘Grades’ Republican Response to Immigration Reform; Results Are Epic

A former high school teacher turned congressman from California has 'graded' a written response from Republican lawmakers on comprehensive immigration reform. And the results are not so good.

Looks like the writer of the letter,Rep. Bill Cassidy (R-LA), along with 21 Republican co-signers did not fair so well, according to Rep. Mark Takono (D-CA). The ex-teacher and openly gay congressman graded the letter, addressed to Speak of the House John Boehner, and posted it on his Tumblr.

"I thought I’d offer my edits to the author before they submitted their final version," said Takano on his Tumblr. "Still not signing it."

Politics.  It really is just like high school, isn't it?
