Soul Singer Billy Paul, known for his #1 hit "Me & Mrs. Jones" has passed away at the age of 81 according to his manager in a report by NBC 10 in Philadelphia. Born Paul Williams, the singer was diagnosed with cancer last week and passed away at his home in New Jersey.
