Mogul Russell Simmons is in hot water with thousands of customers of his "RUSHCARD" pre-paid banking cards as a "glitch" has caused thousands of card holders to not have access to their money for the last few days. Social media began to flood with tweets from customers saying that they have been "locked out" of their accounts and they are not receiving any information on why their accounts are showing $0 balances according to Time.
