Real Housewife Sues

Kim Zolciak  a former "Real Housewives of Atlanta " reality star is being sued by her former castmate Kandi Burruss,over royalties she claims were never paid to her for writing Zolciak's  2009 hit single  "Tardy for the Party". According to court documents in which Zolciak's  first name is spelled wrong, the song has  sold 102,000 copies or downloads and Burruss along with fellow plaintiff and song writer Rodney Richard wants the money they feel they are owned from Zolciak.And guess who Kandi's  attorney is? her "Real Housewives co-star Phaedra Parks.
