Musiq Soulchild is gearing up to release  Life on Earth, his first solo album in five years. The album’s lead single is the tender ballad “I Do” and the Philadelphia singer just released a colorful new video for it.

Directed by Eavvon O'Neal, the visual takes place at a neon-lit diner where Musiq is at the center of three revolving couples in relationship status. At first we see the main couple pull up to the diner mad at each other over some personal drama.

While inside, there’s another couple enjoying their time together; and another love affair is blossoming with an older gentlemen and the curvaceous waitress.

Fortunately, the angry couple resolve their argument and then we see all three couples basking in the aura of love by the end of the video. Meanwhile, Musiq is sipping his coffee acknowledging a job well done.

“I Do” is from his Musiq Soulchild’s upcoming album Life on Earth, which arrives in stores on April 15.
