Meshach Taylor, who starred in the sitcom late '80s/early '90s sitcom 'Designing Women,' has passed away at the age of 67, according to TMZ. Taylor had been fighting a long battle with cancer.

Taylor is most famous for his role as Anthony Bouvier on 'Designing Women,' which aired from 1986 until 1993. He was a recurring guest star for the show's first two seasons, and then joined the main cast for the rest of the show's run until the show ended after its seventh season. Bouvier starts out as a deliveryman at Sugarbaker's Design House before eventually becoming a partner at the firm.

He later would appear in a myriad of TV roles, including guest stints on 'Hannah Montana,' 'Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide' and 'Criminal Minds.'
