We're so excited about all the great new music we got this week, that we're jumping the gun and giving it to you early! Earlier this month, we brought you new music from the guys Mark Ronson, Bruno Mars, and Jodeci, now its all about the ladies!

Let's get started with Jhene Aiko. From her latest album "Souled Out", "Spotless Mind" is a cool, smooth jam with a fun video. Check it out.
