Spring break has come to an end and as your teen heads into the final stretch of the school year, its never to early to start making plans for the summer and instead of thinking of days of laying around the house all day on Snapchat and playing video games, TELL THEM TO GET A JOB!

According to KCEN, the City of Killeen has over 100 summer jobs that are open for teens to apply for including lifeguard positions, mowing services, cashiers and more. Prior certification from the Red Cross will be needed for lifeguard and water safety instructor applicants.

For more information on how to apply visit the City of Killeen website but act fast, most applications have to be in by March 21st.
