Killeen Police Searching for Suspect in Fatal Stabbing

Killeen police are searching for a suspect accused of fatally stabbing a man earlier this month.Police say 36-year-old Gus Lozano Jr. stabbed 40-year-old Emjomo Moore at the Sun Mart at 1515 N. 38th St in Killeen on Wednesday, August 3.

Moore was found walking along the side of the road in the area of 38th and Lake Rd. with a critical wound and taken to Baylor Scott & White Hospital, where he later passed away.

Witnesses said the two men had gotten into a fight at the Sun Mart, which led to the stabbing.

Police say Lozano Jr. is considered armed and dangerous, and ask that no one try to apprehend him.
