As of May 10, Killeen Police are looking out for violations of the loud noise ordinance in the city.

Violations include playing audio equipment or a musical instrument loud enough that nearby homes or businesses can hear it at night, as well as vibrations that can be felt more than 50 feet away from the sound's source.

So we wondering what you think of this crackdown--is it fair? Is it about time that the KPD start cracking the whip with noise violations? Or is this just ridiculous over-policing? Let your voice be heard here and in the comments below---we might even your comments on the air!
