Kevin Hart’s Press Tour Put on Pause Because of Drama at Sony

"The Wedding Ringer" is set to open Jan. 19, starring Kevin Hart. Most movies with Kevin are pretty funny, but he might not be able to talk about it.

A press tour was scheduled for Kevin to hit the road and promote the flick, but it has been put on hold due to an email being leaked in which a Sony exec called Kevin a 'money whore!'

Kevin of course responded on his Instagram page by saying:

“Knowing your self-worth is extremely important people. I worked very hard to get where I am today. I look at myself as a brand and because of that I will never allow myself to be taken advantage of.
I OWN MY BRAND…I MAKE SMART DECISIONS FOR MY BRAND….I PROTECT MY BRAND….which is why I’m able to brush ignorance off of my shoulder and continue to move forward."
