Kandi Burruss is a woman of many talents. The Xscape singer-turned-reality TV star is producing her first stage play inspired by her life.

'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' staple and her fiance, Todd Tucker, are launching 'A Mother's Love,' a musical based loosely on Burruss' career and the issues she's faced in her relationship with her mother.

"Though things are exaggerated, you will see moments of my life in the musical. Writing 'A Mother's Love' has been therapy for me in many ways. I've had to focus and not only co-write the script which is loosely about my life but have also written 20 songs for the play in a very short amount of time which has allowed me to unload a lot of emotions inside of me," said Kandi in a press release.

Legendary singers Eddie Levert and Shirley Murdock as well as Q Parker of 112 and D. Woods, formerly of Danity Kane, will also star in the project.

The play runs Nov 22-24 in Atlanta. Tickets are available for purchase at kandionline.com and rialtocenter.org.
