If a shooter opens fire in a crowded facility and is positively identified, why does it take THREE years to bring him to justice?  I understand due process of the law, as do may of you, however, I just can't wrap my brain around the consistent delays in the trial of Nidal Hasan.  Innocent until proven guilty is what the law says, BUT WE ALREADY KNOW HE'S GUILTY!!  Plus, I've been told (please correct me if I'm wrong) that he is still receiving the pay of a military officer (MAJOR)! A pre-trial hearing is set for this Tuesday (the one that was out on hold because the Judge ordered the shooter, A MILITARY OFFICER, to shave his beard), with a new judge!  Does this mean more delays as this person who has wounded and taken the lives of our soldiers who protect and defend us, while he has 3 meals, a cot, and full pay?  WHERE'S THE JUSTICE for the Families and members of the Fort Hood community?
