If you build it, it will break. You know, sooner or later. What happens when that day arrives? It's sort of like when a human is born, they will die. Only difference, when Sammy dies, he's not holding back a crap ton of water. If he did, odds are there would be a crap ton of doctors trying to keep him alive. That is unless Sammy was part of our Infrastructure.
