Forget about the legendary rap feud between Jay-Z and Nas. Hov is about to find himself in the biggest diss war with none other than Paul Anka. We jest, of course.

TMZ caught up with Anka in Los Angeles and asked him who was his most difficult artist to get for his upcoming 'Duets' album (due April 9). Apparently, the '50s crooner had trouble getting Jigga to appear on a song with the late pop icon Michael Jackson. The brush-off didn't sit well with Anka.

"I called up Jay-Z because he did a track of 'My Way' where I loaned him the track," he explained. "I wanted to put him in on a rap with Michael Jackson in the middle. I called him up, but Jay-Z has totally blown me off. He won't answer my calls, he's inappropriate in his behavior. I love his wife, I think she's great, but Jay-Z wouldn't return the call."

For those who don't know, Jay-Z sampled Anka's classic song 'I Did It My Way' for his song of the same name for his 2002 album, 'The Blueprint 2: The Gift & The Curse.'

Anka threw a final parting shot at the rap mogul after the interviewer expressed disbelief at the snub. "Maybe he's too busy with his clothing line, who knows," he quips.

No offense to Anka, and we understand why he may be upset, but do you know how many people call Jay-Z for a guest feature? Too many to count. And you're not the only one. Jay was lambasted by Robert DeNiro for not returning his phone calls. So we don't think it's anything personal on his end.

However, now that you gave Jay-Z the kiss-off, he will probably never return your phone calls now.
