Is Cee Lo Green in trouble?

TMZ as well as other media outlets are reporting that Cee Lo Green has been accused of sexual battery. A source close to the case  says a woman has filed a police report with the LAPD,naming Green as the person who sexually assaulted her. The source did not say when or where the incident  occurred but revealed that detectives visited a  downtown LA restaurant to interview several employees in connection with the case. Green had this to say  about the incident " Nothing ever happened there or anywhere else" He added he hasn't even visited that particular restaurant in three months. TMZ says no charges have been filed and the case hasn't been turned over to prosecutors,meaning the investigation is still in the early evidence-gathering phase.In the meantime,the 38-year old singer continues to serve as a judge on "The Voice" and promoting his brand new Christmas album Cee Lo's Magic Moment which dropped October 30.
