Are Beyonce + Mathew Knowles in a Legal Battle?

The rumor mill is always spinning about the Knowles/Carter clan.

Now the rumor is that Beyonce is suing her father Mathew Knowles for ownership of Destiny's Child. Mathew says this is so far from the truth. I guess it is another "Jedi" trick that he speaks of all the time.

Since Mathew Knowles still owns the group's name, the ladies cannot perform without him getting paid. If we are all family, why can't we just get along?
