Are you tired of the construction work on Central Texas Expressway?

Welllll what started a few years ago as a major highway project to add a third lane in both directions between Fort Hood and Knight’s Way, may soon be complete.

Just depends on how you define soon.....haha

After a setback the past two years waiting on construction of the Killeen Rosewood extension to be complete, crews are now ready to complete the project they started three years ago.

Ken Roberts, a spokesman for the Texas Department of Transportation, said “The project is now back on track and is anticipated to be completed later this year, weather permitting.”

But you are still going to have to wait another 4-5 months or so, that's soon right?
