The "Blue Envelope" Campaign is a child abuse awareness and giving campaign that supports the Children’s Advocacy Center of Central Texas. Papa John's is making it easy for you to help.  On Friday, December 21st,  Papa John’s Temple and Belton locations will donate 30% of pizza sales  to the  “Blue Envelope” Annual Giving Campaign.    Blue became the color that represents child abuse after an outraged grandmother tied a blue ribbon, to the antenna of her car. That ribbon represented the bruises her grandchildren received as a result of abuse.  The symbol spread and now nationwide blue ribbons are worn to promote child abuse awareness. The "Blue Envelope" Campaign will run through December 31, 2012.  Thanks to community support, The Children's Advocacy Center can  provide needed services to child abuse victims.  45% of the agency’s operating budget comes from the community. Please help!  Make a donation and be a true blue helping hand for a child.
