With income tax return season upon us, we're itching to get our hands on some money at this time of the year or "secure the bag" as the youngsters say nowadays.

When your pockets are hurting, folks tend to try to find ways to make a quick buck. In a scheme as old as time, some resort to finding way to "sue" their way into a bright financial future. This week's #Hell2DaNawNaw Award goes to one guy who tried to go this route but unfortunately for him his shenanigans were caught on camera.

According to WPIX, Police arrested 57 year old Alexander Goldinsky of New Jersey after he was caught on video faking a "slip and fall" in his workplace's cafeteria. As you can clearly see in the video above, Goldinsky fills a cup of ice, then tosses it on the floor and proceeds to lay down ever so gently on the floor. Police say that he laid there and waited until someone found him then he filed an insurance claim for the ambulance service and treatment he received while in the hospital.

He's been charged with one count of insurance fraud in the third degree and one count of theft by deception in the third degree.

When I saw this story it instantly reminded me of this:

For the lamest attempt of trying to secure the bag EVER, Mr. Goldinsky gets this week's #Hell2DaNawNaw Award. Bless him with the spirit of safe recovery bishop!
