Facebook Fallacies: “Last Friday” Movie

Seen this one circulating like crazy recently but once AGAIN its WRONG. Rumors have been spreading for YEARS of a 4th Friday movie which supposedly would feature the return of Chris Tucker to the franchise he helped make into a cult classic in the 90's. Even though there are numerous interviews with Ice Cube saying that the movie is on, according to the studio that is allegedly producing the movie New Line Cinema, this film is NOT SLATED to be released this summer, let along the fact that production on the film hasn't even HAPPENED or BEGUN.

According to Cube in a interview in 2014, he admitted that movie was in "development hell" at New Line, meaning, executives where still debating whether or not to produce the film, and yet 2 years later, they are no where closer to seeing it advance that point. Could it happen? Maybe. Will it happen THIS SUMMER? Nope.
